Shipping policy

  • Delivery Timeline

    • Products are normally delivered in 4–6 working days after dispatch. 

    • For remote or hard-to-reach areas, delivery can take up to 9–10 days

    • If an item is out of stock, the dispatch date could be 15–20 days.

  • Delivery Area

    • They deliver within India only.

    • International shipping is not available currently.

  • Payment & Charges

    • Prepaid orders are shipped with a flat shipping rate

    • Cash On Delivery (COD) is available With Partial Payment option.

  • If You're Not Home for Delivery

    • If you’re not available at the time of delivery, the courier will try again after 48 hours. 

    • If it's not delivered on the second attempt, the parcel is returned to East Coast’s warehouse. 

    • For a re-delivery, you’ll likely have to pay re-delivery charges

  • Damaged or Missing Items

    • When you receive the parcel, make a video while opening to document the condition.

    • If it's damaged, refuse to accept the parcel and send an email within 24 hours to eastcoastcycles.in@gmail.com

    • If they can’t pick up the damaged parcel, you may need to send it back yourself. 

    • You must return the parcel within 7 days for them to resend (if available) or issue a credit note. 

  • Return / Exchange Policy

    • They do not offer refunds for non-defective items. It’s exchange only

    • If you want to exchange, you need to do it within 7 days of delivery

    • For exchanging, you may have to pay re-shipping charges + any difference in price. 

  • Order Tracking

    • After dispatch, they will send you an email with tracking information

    • You can track your parcel on the courier partner’s website, via My Account → My Orders on East Coast’s site.
